He's posted at least six today. I'm sure he's busy. There are alot of people calling for his personal attention.
i know but i have been waitin for at least a week or 2
8 days. I know you posted a PM to him, but I'll wager he's received hundreds, not to mention all the requests for his attention on the public boards. He has to prioritize. I'm not saying that your problem, request or idea is trivial. I am saying that Walrus has alot on his shoulders, and I'm sure he'll take care of things when he can.
Have you tried searching the boards for problems similar to yours? You may find the answer that way.

Well, then, all I can recommend is patience. I'm sure Walrus will get to it eventually.
This is normal for SOE relations people. I can't really blame them.
If you want to understand just a sliver of how they get blasted everyday, just go hop on Galaxies and put up a (HELPER) flag. Good luck to you, your internet connection, and your sanity.
Not to mention if my job was to reply to every post/msg on a slow web based forum, I'd jump. I'm sure the Sony building is a few stories high.
