I didnt know this was possible either thanks for pointing it out as I do a lot of cross loads this will be invaluable! (dunno why i missed it though I have been talking about wanting this option for ages!)

This was one of those life-affirming changes that the Devs made. Right up there with doubling the inventory slots.
What I did was print out a 10x10 grid and wrote in what was
where. It made making the macro writing much easier.
Knowing what row/col held what made all the difference when setting up
the /USE commands to swap clothes and weapons around.

An important point should be noted!
Using the /savelo and the /loadlo commands provide NO visible feedback to the user!
Check the profiles directory to see if your XML files are created.
