This took me a while when i first wanted to convert. I managed to get it done and I am now playing the game again.
ditto that ... it took me exactly one hour to do that earlier today.
Had to call customer support AND play the "online tech support" tag ... telephone dude won!
But the game works and now THIS works, so hopefully all is well in The Matrix.
BTW ... I did notice SERIOUS decrease in lag issues, but did not play very long.
I DID NOT like that my buddy list got wiped!! :smileysad:

Yeah, finally was able to jack in earlier. Now i'm eagerly awaiting SOE to start making some good patches to make our game even better.
i gues this had a bit to do with luck... i started the conversion and 5mins later i was ingame...
