I just got off MxO with one character and my husband wanted to get on but it wont let him get on it keeps saying Its already in use. Are they doing the 12 hours thing if you have 3 characters on the same server?

This is sometimes caused when a character doesn't correctly exit from the Matrix.
Wait about 5-10 minutes, and try logging in again. If the issue is still prevalent, submit a support ticket.
