If you are missing an item granted directly to players, such as Mobius Code, and believe you qualified for the item, you can send in a CCR petition about the issue. If you do so, make sure you select Ticket on the petition before you send it in.
If you have sent in a petition about a missing item previously and have not gotten a response, chances are you selected Bug. You should send in a new petition with Ticket seclected so the CS staff can look into it.
