My launcher.exe program isnt launching

i had the same *CENSORED* problem except i cant even get into the game at all now.

I got booted off when i was going to the zion out post ... so i restarted my computer and i had this great idea to delete my test world. So either i deleted something i needed or something is messed up with the matrix.
