Ok so I tried the heating strategy and no luck. I disabled Norton autoprotect and still had the crash. Brad when you stated to uninstall Norton did you mean totally remove or just disable, just wanted to make sure. Thanks for all the help...

Oh and one last thing, I had iTunes and somd pdf files open when I obtained my system information. So if those programs show up as running that is why, I don't have them up while I am in game. Thanks again.
